Can I change/cancel order?

Our system is an automated one, which means that unfortunately, we only have a small window to make changes once an order is placed.

Please contact customer service and if the order has not yet been picked by the warehouse, we will be able to cancel this for you.

If it is too late, please refuse delivery.

When the parcel is received back at the warehouse, your payment will be reversed.

You can order the correct item at any time should you so wish.
